What CaseClarity Does

Not Legal Advice

CaseClarity does not provide legal advice and is not a law firm.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features are offered through auto-renewable App Store subscriptions.

Local Data

CaseClarity stores case data locally on your Mac. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device, exported documents, and backups.

No Warranties

CaseClarity is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that drafts are complete, legally sufficient, accepted by any court, or suitable for your situation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CaseClarity and its developers are not liable for legal, financial, procedural, or other consequences arising from your use of the app, drafts, exports, evidence summaries, deadlines, or workflow suggestions.

Intellectual Property

CaseClarity, its interface, templates, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.

Documents you create or export with your own case information are yours, subject to these terms and any rights belonging to third parties.

Apple Terms

If you downloaded CaseClarity from the App Store, Apple’s App Store terms also apply. Apple is not responsible for CaseClarity’s content, support, or legal-document outputs.
